1. Use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the Website.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software — is the property of INCE.IO LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without prior written permission.

3. Third-Party Services

The Website uses third-party services including Stripe for hosted payment processing, Resend for transactional email, Mailchimp for optional email campaigns, Google and Meta for website measurement, and YouTube for embedded media. Moonbase continues to support legacy purchases and licensing during the migration period. Your use of these services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

4. Purchases

Purchases use a hosted checkout provided by Stripe or, during the migration period, Moonbase. The checkout and receipt identify the processor for your order. By making a purchase, you agree to that processor's applicable terms. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

PAM has a free 7-day trial that you start inside the plugin. One trial is available per account and per computer, and the trial ends on its own. MFX has no trial: the browser demo on the MFX page is how you try it. Section 2(g) of the EULA sets out the trial terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INCE.IO LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Disclaimer

The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
