No Refunds Policy

All purchases of MAP Audio products are final. We do not offer refunds on completed purchases.

Try each product first. PAM has a free 7-day trial: download it, open it in your DAW, and press Start a free trial on the activation screen. PAM also runs in your browser on the home page. MFX has no trial, and the browser demo on the MFX page is how you try it. A browser version is not the full plugin, so check the system requirements and confirm your DAW is supported as well.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a remedy if digital content is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
