List the DJ transitions

What a DJ set's transitions can use: the transition presets a render knows, the modes and curves a transition takes, the longest window in bars, and the DJ set schema's definitions. Read it before writing a set for POST /v1/arrangements or POST /v1/dj/set. Free.

Auth: `Authorization: Bearer` with an API key or a map.audio access token. MCP tool: `list_transition_presets`.

## Responses

- `200`: Transitions.
- `401`: Authentication failed
- `default`: Any other error: `error.code` names it, `error.param` the field at fault, and `error.docUrl` its entry in the error catalogue.
