# listFiles

`GET https://api.map.audio/v1/files`

List files

Render outputs and uploads the account holds, newest first: kind, status, size, SHA-256 and the job that wrote each. Outputs are kept 7 days on the free tier and longer on paid tiers. Free.

Auth: `Authorization: Bearer` with an API key or a map.audio access token. MCP tool: `list_files`.

## Parameters

| `limit` | query | integer | no | Files per page. From 1 to 100. Default `25`. |
| `cursor` | query | string | no | The `nextCursor` of the previous page. |

## Responses

- `200`: Files.
- `400`: Invalid request
- `default`: Any other error: `error.code` names it, `error.param` the field at fault, and `error.docUrl` its entry in the error catalogue.
