List the drum-synth engines

The drum-synth engines POST /v1/synth/drum plays, each with its controls: label, unit and range. Set controls by label in that route's `param` (Tune=55,Decay=1.5); percent controls take 0 to 100. Free.

Auth: `Authorization: Bearer` with an API key or a map.audio access token. MCP tool: `list_drum_engines`.

## Responses

- `200`: Engines.
- `429`: Rate limited
- `default`: Any other error: `error.code` names it, `error.param` the field at fault, and `error.docUrl` its entry in the error catalogue.
