# getPreset

`GET https://api.map.audio/v1/presets/{id}`

Get one preset

One factory preset by its slug (313-disco) or URL-encoded reference: name, tempo, time signature, category, tags and the variation slots it has. Free.

Auth: `Authorization: Bearer` with an API key or a map.audio access token. MCP tool: `get_preset`.

## Parameters

## Responses

- `200`: The preset.
- `404`: No such preset
- `default`: Any other error: `error.code` names it, `error.param` the field at fault, and `error.docUrl` its entry in the error catalogue.
