Get the render-minute balance

What jobs can still spend this month: the tier's allowance, render-minutes used, render-minutes running jobs hold, credits bought, and `remaining`, which the next job draws on. A job reserves its estimate when it is admitted and settles at its outputs' real length. Free. Buy render-minutes or a paid tier at https://map.audio/music.

Auth: `Authorization: Bearer` with an API key or a map.audio access token. MCP tool: `get_credits`.

## Responses

- `200`: Credits.
- `401`: Authentication failed
- `default`: Any other error: `error.code` names it, `error.param` the field at fault, and `error.docUrl` its entry in the error catalogue.
